Services

Toji designs and builds websites, mobile and web applications, and custom software systems. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement are agreed separately in a written proposal or contract, which takes precedence over these Terms where they conflict.

Intellectual property

The content, branding and code on this website are owned by Toji unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced without permission. Ownership of deliverables produced during an engagement is governed by the relevant project agreement, and typically transfers to the client upon full payment.

Client responsibilities

Where we work together, you agree to provide accurate information, necessary materials and timely feedback so we can deliver the work. Delays in providing these may affect timelines and costs.

Payment

Fees, payment schedules and invoicing terms are set out in your project agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within the period specified on the invoice.

Disclaimer

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to keep information accurate and the site available, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability in respect of any engagement is limited as set out in the applicable project agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
